Standard Order is an order for Services that MaxRecall makes readily available on its website and can be ordered online using an online order form, and do not require any form of physical customization by MaxRecall in order to deploy. “Status Website” is defined as the website found at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx where MaxRecall will post routine updates about its service, real time network performance and other information relevant to the Services. “Time Guarantee” refers to the amount of time guaranteed by MaxRecall for particular resolution as set forth in the relevant charts below.

Standard Order means an Order containing requests for fewer than 10 Circuits. Target Time to Repair (TTR) means the time for restoration of Faults, as set out in 3.8.6 of the SLA.   • Hold Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(b)(i) below.

  • Good order for initial premium payments means that the Part 1 of the Application is completed, a suitability review and approval have occurred, all producer licensing issues are resolved, all owner and insured information is furnished, all signatures are obtained, all premium has been received, including any subsequent premiums already due, and all other requirements are satisfied as determined by the Company.

  • Client Money Rules means the rules specified in the applicable regulation and other related matters issued pursuant to this paragraph.
