Standard operating procedure definition

Standard operating procedure means a formal written procedure offi- cially adopted by the plant owner or operator and available on a routine basis to those persons responsible for carrying out the procedure.
Standard operating procedure means a written document that provides detailed instructions for the performance of all aspects of an analysis, operation, or action.
Standard operating procedure or “SOP” means a written statement of the mode of delivery of Services under this Agreement, signed by both Parties and attached as Exhibit B.
