STANDARD INTERVAL definition

STANDARD INTERVAL means the standard time prior to the shipment of a Product following acceptance of a Purchase Order by Seller. Seller's Standard Interval will be ninety (90) days for Forecasted quantities and one hundred twenty (120) days for non-Forecasted quantities.
STANDARD INTERVAL means a minimum of one handhole or manhole approximately every 5000 feet in the general vicinity of existing Qwest handholes or manholes.
STANDARD INTERVAL means the lead time for shipment for Products and Licensed Materials for all purchases placed under this Agreement. The Standard Interval shall be thirty (30) days after the date of Seller's receipt of such purchase order, unless a different Standard Interval is set forth in the applicable Attachment.

STANDARD INTERVAL means the standard lead time for shipment of a Product following acceptance of an Order by Nortel as defined in Exhibit E.

  • Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Shipment Date means the date for shipment of Product requested by Buyer in a Purchase Order.

  • Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature asthe date this Contract starts;
