Standard Implementation means (i) the initial integration between the information systems of both parties so that Paymentus can receive Client’s customer data to be used in the provision of the Services, and Client can receive payment and other related data from Paymentus, (ii) the setup of the payment processor and bank deposit accounts, (iii) the setup of the payment channels described on Schedule A to this Agreement and (iv) the creation of business rules to be applied to the acceptance of payments, all as further described in the applicable SOW or Paymentus documentation.   • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract.
