Standard Fee definition

Standard Fee means a fee payable under this Specification for a case or an item of work which is calculated on a basis other than Hourly Rates;
Standard Fee means a fee designated as such (and paid in the circumstances set out and at the levels set out) in this Specification;
Standard Fee means pre-established fees DES pays for the Services under this RFQ, which shall be paid in United States dollars.

Standard Fee means the set fee DES pays for the services under this Contract, which shall be paid in United States dollars.
