Standard Contract Clauses definition

Standard Contract Clauses means the Standard Contractual Clauses (processors) for the purposes of Article 26(2) of Directive 95/46/EC set out in Decision 2010/87/EC as the same are revised or updated from time to time by the European Commission;
Standard Contract Clauses means sets of standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission regarding the transfer of personal data abroad;
Standard Contract Clauses means the standard data protection clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection, as described in Article 46 of the GDPR.

Standard Contract Clauses means the standard contract clauses set out by the European Commission in the COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of Personal Data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as may be amended or superseded from time to time;
