Standard Configuration definition

Standard Configuration refers to the specifications for the base device in each Configuration set forth in Attachment 1, Pricing Pages which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. • “Required Products” are items that were mandatory for the Contractor to bid in RFQ 18-01. • “Additional Products” are Products that are not part of the Standard Configuration and are optional for Authorized Users to purchase to enhance the Standard Configuration.
Standard Configuration means the default, non-customer adapted functionality of the SOFTWARE.
Standard Configuration means the set of hardware and Software components comprising a particular system configuration for which Vendor will provide the Services and that are to be documented during Transition and incorporated into the Agreement.

  • OGS must receive notification no less than 60 calendar days before a Standard Configuration model becomes EOL.

  • Agreement Modifications may include the following: • Lowering Pricing of Products; • Adding Additional Products; • Deleting Products from the Additional Products Category; • Replacement of Products; and • Replacement Model for Standard Configuration.

  • The replacement Standard Configuration must be offered on the Aggregate Hardware Buy 18-01 Agreement Price List at the same or lower price than the Standard Configuration price that was originally awarded.

  • These items are not part of the Standard Configuration and are optional for Authorized Users to purchase to enhance the Standard Configuration, however, the price must remain equal to or better than the originally awarded price throughout the life of the Agreement.

  • Contractor must provide itemized pricing on all Products offered in each Standard Configuration.

  • If the replacement model costs less than the original Standard Configuration, the Standard Configuration price shall be reduced to the lower cost.

Related to Standard Configuration

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Access Card means an ATM card, debit card or credit card and includes our Visa Card

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.
