Standard Care definition

Standard Care means long term care provided in an approved home or principal residence of a level described in column 2 of the table in Article 8;
Standard Care. If Customer has selected Standard Care, support assistance is available during Business Hours. Response Time Objectives for calls submitted outside the coverage window will apply to the next Business Day.

Examples of Standard Care in a sentence

  • If Licensee has purchased Standard Care Maintenance, then Micro Focus’ technical support will be available in English during business hours on business days excluding holidays of the applicable Micro Focus support center.

  • Customers may choose from either Standard Care or Premium Care packages.

  • All Internet Connectivity services are subscribed to either Standard Care or Enhanced Care and follow the same process.

  • Standard Care Fee* *The Standard Care Fee will include all of the services as detailed in the attached list.

  • Standard care ADSL faults Standard Care provides a guaranteed clearance of a fault within 48 clock hours from the fault being escalated.


More Definitions of Standard Care

Standard Care means a fault repair service as more fully described in Section B2 (1) herein. “Total Care” means a fault repair Service as more fully described in Section B2 (1) herein. “WAN” means wide area network.
Standard Care means fault repair work carried out during working hours (0800-1700) on Business Days. For a fault report received before 1700 hours on one Business Day, BT will aim to respond by the end of the next Business Day.
Standard Care means Care Level 0900hrs-1800hours, Normal Working Day.
