Staff Governor definition

Staff Governor means an employee of the Academy Trust who may be appointed as a Governor pursuant to Article 50A;
Staff Governor means a member of the Council of Governors elected by the members of the Staff Constituency;
Staff Governor means an employee of the Academy Trust who may be elected as a Governor pursuant to Articles 58A and 58B, and subject to Article 50A;

  • A person is disqualified from appointment as an Authority Governor of a school if he is eligible to be a Staff Governor of the school.
