SRP Rights definition

SRP Rights means the rights issued pursuant to the Shareholder Rights Plan;

SRP Rights means the rights issuable pursuant to the Shareholder Rights Plan;

SRP Rights means the rights issued pursuant to the Shareholder Rights Plan, and "SRP Right" means any one of them;

Examples of SRP Rights in a sentence

• No additional payment will be made for the SRP Rights and no amount of the consideration to be paid by the Offeror will be allocated to the SRP Rights.
