SPUR ROAD definition

SPUR ROAD. SPECIFICATIONS: Temporary spur roads are defined as any roads constructed by the Purchaser to access a harvest unit or landing which is not an existing road and may not be shown as a required road to be constructed in Table B-1. All temporary roads will be constructed to the following specifications:
