Sprint Parent definition

Sprint Parent means Sprint Corporation, a Kansas corporation.
Sprint Parent means Sprint Corporation, a Kansas corporation, and any successor (by merger, consolidation, Transfer or otherwise) to all or substantially all of its business and assets.
Sprint Parent means Sprint Nextel Corporation, a Kansas corporation, or its successor.

  • By way of example, if an IXC were willing to pay a premium for Rights of Use that included a guarantee of no blocking, Sprint Parent would be required to pay that premium in order for it to exercise its rights under this Section 2(b)(i) to obtain that guarantee on no less favorable terms, notwithstanding that it would then be paying more for its Rights of Use than the other IXCs that did not have such guarantee or than any other IXC if such guarantee could not be made available to more than one Person.

  • lone parent means a person who has no partner and who is responsible for and a member of the same household as a child or young person;
