Sprint Marks definition

Sprint Marks has the meaning assigned to the term in Section 11.2.
Sprint Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.
Sprint Marks are the trade names, logo, service marks, brands and other trademarks of Sprint.

  • The Sprint Marks are valid, distinctive, protectable, famous, have acquired secondary meaning, and are associated exclusively with Sprint.

  • Therefore, both EarthLink and Sprint Marks are likely to appear on any Web page that includes an EarthLink/Sprint brand.

  • For Services, RadioShack has the right to use the Sprint Marks to promote and solicit orders for those Sprint Services identified in the Addenda.

  • The Sprint Marks are proprietary and nothing in this Agreement constitutes the grant of a general license for their use.

More Definitions of Sprint Marks

Sprint Marks means those Sprint trademarks, trade names, logos, designations and trade dress elements used in connection with a specific Product or the related packaging, marketing and/or advertising campaigns, and identified in the applicable Contract Addendum associated with that Product.
Sprint Marks means, with respect to this Contract Addendum, those Sprint trademarks, trade names, and trade dress elements intended for use in London or the related packaging, marketing and advertising campaigns, as mutually agreed to by the parties.
Sprint Marks means trademarks and trade-dress that Sprint authorizes VMU to use or display pursuant to Sprint Trademark License Agreement.
Sprint Marks means the marks "Sprint," "Sprint PCS," "Sprint Nationwide PCS," "Sprint PCS Vision," "PCS Vision," "Sprint Spectrum," and those other marks identified in the Sprint Brand Guidelines.
Sprint Marks means any and all Marks belonging or licensed to Sprint.

Related to Sprint Marks

  • Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

  • Product Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Service mark means a word, name, symbol, or device or any combination of a word, name, symbol, or device, used by a person to identify services and to distinguish the services of that person, including a unique service, from the services of others, and to indicate the source of the services, even if that source is unknown. Titles, character names used by a person, and other distinctive features of radio or television programs may be registered as service marks notwithstanding that they, or the programs, may advertise the goods of a sponsor.

  • Sprint PCS means any or all of the following Related Parties who are License holders or signatories to the Management Agreement: Sprint Spectrum L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, WirelessCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, SprintCom, Inc., a Kansas corporation, PhillieCo Partners I, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, PhillieCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, American PCS Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and APC PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Any reference in the Management Agreement or Services Agreement to Xxx Communications PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Xxx PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, is changed to Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, respectively, to reflect name changes filed with the Delaware Secretary of State in 2002.

  • Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Product Trademarks means the Trademark(s) to be used by AbbVie or its Affiliates or its or their respective Sublicensees for the Development or Commercialization of Licensed Products in the Territory and any registrations thereof or any pending applications relating thereto in the Territory (excluding, in any event, any trademarks, service marks, names or logos that include any corporate name or logo of the Parties or their Affiliates).

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Internet Protocol or “IP” means a communications protocol for devices connected to the Internet that specifies the format for addresses and units of transmitted data.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Insignia means Insignia Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).
