Sprint Information definition

Sprint Information means, with respect to each Receivable sold hereunder from time to time, all information with respect thereto, including without limitation, (a) in respect of any SCC Receivable the related (i) billing account number, (ii) invoice number, (iii) invoice due date, (iv) invoice amount, (v) the Unpaid Balance, (vi) the Lock-Box Account to which Collections in respect of such SCC Receivable are remitted, and (vii) related Originator and Seller, (b) in Appendix A-57 respect of any ISC Receivable, (i) the Unpaid Balance, (ii) the ISC Conditional Unpaid Balance[Reserved], (iii) the related Originator and Seller, and (iv) the Lock-Box Account to which Collections in respect of such ISC Receivable are remitted, (c) in respect of any Lease Receivable, (i) the Unpaid Balance, (ii) [Reserved], (iii) the related Originator and Seller, and (iv) the Lock-Box Account to which Collections in respect of such Lease Receivable are remitted, and (d) in respect of any MTM Lease Receivable, (i) the Unpaid Balance, (ii) the related Originator and Seller, and (iii) the Lock-Box Account to which Collections in respect of such MTM Lease Receivable are remitted; provided, however, that Sprint Information shall not include (x) any Subscriber Confidential Information or (y) any information (other than information listed above) with respect to a Receivables owing by a Governmental Authority that Sprint Spectrum or its Affiliates are prohibited from disclosing hereunder pursuant to a written agreement with a Governmental Authority or pursuant to any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
Sprint Information means any information relating to an existing or potential customer of Sprint that Retailer may collect or receive during the course of this Agreement. This information may include without limitation the existing or potential customer’s name, address, rate plan, handset type, telephone numbers, email addresses, credit card information, CPNI (Customer Proprietary Network Information as defined in Section 222 of the Federal Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. section 222) or any other information related to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and use of a telecommunications service provided to the existing or potential customer, including information contained in bills provided to the existing or potential customer. Sprint makes no representations or warranties about Sprint Information.
Sprint Information means any information relating to a Customer of Sprint that OAR may collect and provide to Sprint for provision of the Sprint Services or receive from Sprint or its Affiliates during the course of this Agreement. This information may include without limitation the Customer’s name, address, rate plan, handset type, telephone numbers, email addresses, credit card information, CPNI (Customer Proprietary Network Information as defined in Section 222 of the Federal Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. section 222) or any other information related to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and use of a telecommunications service provided to the existing or potential Customer.

  • Because a breach of any Sprint Information provision may result in irreparable harm to Sprint, for which monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy, Sprint may seek both monetary damages and equitable relief.

  • Retailer will promptly notify Sprint of any facts known to Retailer concerning any accidental or unauthorized access, disclosure or use, or accidental or unauthorized loss, damage or destruction of Sprint Information by any current or former employee, representative, contractor, Subcontractor or agent of Retailer or by any other person or third party.

  • Retailer will notify Sprint within 24 hours of learning of the loss or theft of any Customer Records, Sprint Information or Products from its Facilities, or from its employees, agents or Subcontractors.

  • Retailer will fully cooperate with Sprint in the event of any accidental or unauthorized access, disclosure or use, or accidental or unauthorized loss, damage or destruction of Sprint Information by any other person or third party, to limit the unauthorized access, disclosure or use, seek the return of any Sprint Information, and assist in providing notice if requested by Sprint.

  • Retailer will utilize administrative, physical, and technical safeguards that prevent the unauthorized collection, access, disclosure, and use of Sprint Information.

  • Before disclosing Sprint Information to any person, Retailer must ensure that that person is bound by the same obligations as Retailer under this Agreement, including the obligation to protect Sprint Information that also is classified as CPNI.

  • OAR will comply with all U.S. federal and state laws relating to the collection, use, access, maintenance and disclosure of Sprint Information and in conducting all direct marketing under this Agreement.

  • OAR will immediately notify Sprint of any facts known to OAR concerning any actual, probable, or reasonably suspected breach of security, accidental or unauthorized access, disclosure or use, or accidental or unauthorized loss, damage or destruction of Sprint Information by any current or former employee, representative, contractor, Subcontractor or agent of OAR or by any other person or third party.

  • OAR is fully responsible for any unauthorized collection, disclosure, use of or access to Sprint Information.

  • OAR will notify Sprint within 24 hours of learning of the loss or theft of any Customer Records, Sprint Information or Sprint Products from its facilities, or from its employees, agents or Subcontractors.

Related to Sprint Information

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.

  • Relevant Information means the information in the report on assessment of the Trustee’s compliance with the servicing criteria set forth in Item 1122(d) of Reg AB (the “Servicing Assessment”), the registered public accounting firm’s attestation provided in accordance with Rules 13a-18 and 15d-18 under the Exchange Act and Section 1122(b) of Reg AB ( the “Attestation Report”) applicable to the Trustee and the Monthly Statements (excluding information provided, or based on information provided, by the Servicer or any servicer) and those items in Exhibit S attached to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement which indicate the 4.03 statement or the Trustee as the responsible party during the Relevant Year. Based on my knowledge, the Relevant Information, taken as a whole, does not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements made, in light of the circumstances under which such statements were made, not misleading with respect to the period covered by this annual report; and

  • Patient Information means information (however recorded) which—

  • Management Information or “MI” means the management information specified in Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Account Information means any information relating to the Account including without limitation to the Account number, Account balance or value, gross receipts, withdrawals and payments to or from the Account.

  • Payment Information means any details required for the purchase of Services from this Website. This includes, but is not limited to, credit / debit card numbers, bank account numbers and sort codes;

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Market Information means an electronic document (also available in paper form upon request) located on the Trading Platform which sets out the commercial details for each Market, including but not limited to: Margin Factors, the minimum and maximum Quantity and Our Spread. In the event you elect to use a third party hosting or trading application (for example, MetaTrader), information specific to such third party hosting or trading application located on the Website shall supplement the Market Information; however, to the extent there are any inconsistencies the Market Information will prevail. Note that certain components of Market Information may not be available via a mobile application and must be accessed via desktop.

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.

  • Exempt Information means any information or class of information (including but not limited to any document, report, Agreement or other material containing information) relating to this Agreement or otherwise relating to the Provider, which potentially falls within an exemption to FOIA (as set out therein);

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • User Information means User Compliance Information and User Financial Information.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Contact Information means information to enable an individual at a place of business to be contacted and includes the name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business email or business fax number of the individual;

  • Your Information means any information relating to you, your use of the EB Services, your Electronic Instructions, your Transactions and your Accounts, including any Personal Data you provide to us.3.3 ERP Linked Services.(a) The ERP Linked Services allow you to obtain information relating to your Accounts, provide Electronic Instructions to us via the ERP Platform and use such other features, facilities or functionalities as we shall make available from time to time.(b) You irrevocably and unconditionally authorise any User to sign up and activate the ERP Linked Services.3.4 Disclosure of Your Information. In addition to Clause 8.2 of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions and Clause 2.1 of this Section, you acknowledge and agree that we and our officers, employees and agents are authorised to provide or disclose Your Information to any ERP Provider and/or its affiliates. You agree and acknowledge that we shall have no responsibility or liability or control over any ERP Provider’s disclosure, use or handling of Your Information.3.5 Use of the ERP Linked Services.(a) To use the ERP Linked Services, you must be a subscriber of the ERP Platform or have a valid licence from the ERP Provider to use its ERP Platform. You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs associated with your subscription to or licence of the ERP Platform and any infrastructure (including without limitation any equipment, software, network or communication facilities) required to support your use of the ERP Platform. We shall have no responsibility or liability for any act or omission of any ERP Provider.(b) It is your responsibility to at all times (i) comply with all guides, instructions and recommendations we provide to you from time to time in relation to the use of the ERP Linked Services; and (ii) assess the security arrangements relating to your access to and use of the ERP Linked Services to ensure that they are adequate to protect your interests.(c) You shall ensure that all Data and/or Electronic Instructions transmitted to us for or in connection with the ERP Linked Services is true, accurate and complete and you shall immediately inform us in writing of any errors, discrepancies or omissions. You must check all Data received by you on the ERP Platform in connection with the ERP Linked Services. If any such Data is incorrect or omit anything it should include, you should inform us in writing immediately.(d) You acknowledge that processing of any Electronic Instructions received via the ERP Linked Services is subject to successful receipt of such Electronic Instruction by us from the ERP Provider. We shall have no responsibility or liability where you submit any Electronic Instruction through the ERP Platform but such Electronic Instruction is not successfully received by us.(e) Receipt by us of any Electronic Instruction issued or purporting to be issued by you in connection with the ERP Linked Services will constitute full and unconditional authority to us to carry out or act upon that Electronic Instruction, and we shall not be bound to investigate or enquire as to the authenticity of any such Electronic Instruction unless we have received prior written notification from you which casts doubt on its validity.

  • Personal Information Breach means an instance where an unauthorized person or entity accesses Personal Information in any manner, including but not limited to the following occurrences: (1) any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected is misplaced, lost, stolen or in any way compromised; (2) one or more third parties have had access to or taken control or possession of any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected without prior written authorization from the State; (3) the unauthorized acquisition of encrypted or protected Personal Information together with the confidential process or key that is capable of compromising the integrity of the Personal Information; or (4) if there is a substantial risk of identity theft or fraud to the client, the Contractor, the Department or State.
