Spread Amount definition

Spread Amount means 3.00%.
Spread Amount. Means for any Remittance Date and any Pool the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Pool as of the last day of the immediately preceding Due Period and any amounts on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account with respect to such Pool over (ii) the aggregate Class Principal Balances of the related Pool of Certificates (after taking into account all distributions of principal on such Remittance Date).
Spread Amount. Means, for any Remittance Date, the difference between (i) the aggregate Principal Balances of the Loans as of the last day of the immediately preceding Due Period and any amounts on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account over (ii) the aggregate principal balances of the Notes (after taking into account all distributions of principal on such Remittance Date).

Spread Amount means 5.00%.
Spread Amount means the product of (i) 460,000 and (ii) the difference, if positive, between (A) the Closing Price (as defined in the Warrant) on the last trading day prior to the Termination Date and (B) $7.00. The Spread Amount shall be equitably adjusted in the event of any reclassification, stock split or stock dividend with respect to the Common Stock, any change or conversion of the Common Stock into other securities of the Corporation or any other dividend or distribution with respect to the Common Stock prior to the Termination Date. Nothing contained in this Section 8.3(c) shall be deemed to limit any remedies available to Investor for any breach of this Agreement by the Corporation which such remedies shall be in addition to any amounts received by Investor pursuant to this Section 8.3(c); provided, however, Investor's damages for failure of the stockholders to approve the Share Issuance shall be limited to the amount provided for in the first sentence of this Section 8.3(c).
Spread Amount shall have the meaning set forth in section 2.6(b).
Spread Amount means, in respect of a Calculation Period, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Notional Amount, (ii) the Spread (for such purpose deemed to be positive) and (iii) the Floating Rate Day Count Fraction that would otherwise have been applicable to that Calculation Period.

Spread Amount means, with respect to each exercise of the Option, the amount, in cash, equal to the dollar amount by which the average of the per share closing prices on the NYSE of the Company Common Shares (as reported in the New York Stock Exchange Composite Transactions) during the 20 consecutive trading days (or such fewer number of trading days after the date hereof, as the case may be) ending on the trading day immediately prior to the date on which such exercise occurs exceeds the Exercise Price (as defined in the Stock Option Agreement) then in effect, multiplied by the number of Optioned Shares (as defined in the Stock Option Agreement) as to which the Option is then so exercised. If, at the time of payment of the fee specified in this Section 5.7, the Option has not been exercised by Parent, the Stock Option Gain Amount shall be zero. In no event shall the Company be required to pay more than one such fee specified in any of subsections (b), (c), (d) or (e) of this Section 5.7. Nothing contained in this Section 5.7 shall be deemed to limit any remedies available to any party for any breach of this Agreement by any other party which such remedies shall be in addition to any amounts received by any party pursuant to this Section 5.7; provided, however, that, with respect to any breach by the Company of the provisions of Section 4.2 that is not the result of willful action (or willful failure to take action) or bad faith on the part of the Company, Parent's exclusive remedy in respect of such breach shall be limited to the right to receive the fee described in subsection (b), (c), (d) or (e) of this Section 5.7 and, upon payment of such fee to Parent in accordance with the provisions of such subsection (b), (c), (d) or (e), the Company shall have no further liability to Parent in respect of such breach.
Spread Amount means, with respect to any Receivable on any Distribution Date, to the extent collected from the Obligor, one-twelfth of the product of (a) the excess of the Note Rate over the sum of (i) the weighted average, on the Closing Date, of the Class A Pass-Through Rate and the Class B Pass-Through Rate and (ii) the rate at which the Monthly Servicing Fee is computed and (b) the unpaid principal balance on the Receivable as of the first day of the preceding Collection Period.
