Spread Account definition

Spread Account means the Spread Account established and maintained pursuant to the Spread Account Agreement.

Spread Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Spread Account means the account designated as such, established and owned by the Issuer and maintained in accordance with Section 4.2.

Examples of Spread Account in a sentence

• The Spread Account shall be under the sole dominion and control of Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the Class C Noteholders and the Holder of the Transferor Interest.

• Indenture Trustee, at the written direction of Servicer, shall (i) make withdrawals from the Spread Account from time to time in an amount up to the Available Spread Account Amount at such time, for the purposes set forth in this Indenture Supplement, and (ii) on each Transfer Date prior to termination of the Spread Account, make a deposit into the Spread Account in the amount specified in, and otherwise in accordance with, Section 4.11(f).

Spread Account means the account established and maintained as such pursuant to Section 4.01.
