Spousal Consent definition

Spousal Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 7.19.

Spousal Consent means the irrevocable written consent given by a Spouse to a Participant's election (or waiver) of a specified form of benefit or Beneficiary designation. The Spouse's consent must acknowledge the effect on the Spouse of the Participant's election, waiver or designation and be duly witnessed by a Plan representative or notary public. Spousal Consent shall be valid only with respect to the spouse who signs the Spousal Consent and only for the particular choice made by the Participant which requires Spousal Consent. A Participant may revoke (without Spousal Consent) a prior election, waiver or designation that required Spousal Consent at any time before the Sweep Date associated with the Settlement Date upon which payments will begin. Spousal Consent also means a determination by the Administrator that there is no Spouse, the Spouse cannot be located or such other circumstances as may be established by applicable law.

Spousal Consent has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(g).
Spousal Consent means any agreement provided by the spouse of any Person executing a Guaranty to the extent such spouse has not personally executed a Guaranty, to be substantially in the form provided by the Bank.
