Sponsorship Arrangement definition

Sponsorship Arrangement means a Contract under which the Customer provides sponsorship to some aspect of the Supplier including, without limitation, match, match ball, programme, boot, “in safe hands” or mascot or team-lines or player sponsorship and such other sponsorship opportunities as the Supplier may make available from time to time) and receives some benefit from the Supplier, subject to the Sponsorship Terms;
Sponsorship Arrangement means any actual, purported, proposed or anticipated agreement or arrangement in any way touching or concerning any boxing contest, tournament or exhibition for the purpose of advertising or publicising any product, goods or service;
Sponsorship Arrangement means a Contract under which the Customer provides sponsorship to some aspect of AFC including, without limitation, match, match ball, programme, boot, “in safe hands” or mascot or team-lines or player sponsorship and such other sponsorship opportunities as AFC may make available from time to time) and receives some benefit from AFC, subject to the Sponsorship Terms;
