Sponsorship Applicant definition

Sponsorship Applicant means a person applying for a Sponsorship Certificate in accordance with section 24 of this Decree;
Sponsorship Applicant means a person applying for a Sponsorship Certificate under this Act;
Sponsorship Applicant. – means a person applying for a Sponsorship Certificate under this Decree.

Examples of Sponsorship Applicant in a sentence

  • A previous decision by the ISA to grant a Sponsorship Applicant a contract for activities similar to those that are the subject of a Sponsorship Application may be considered by the Authority as evidence in relation to any of the Qualification Criteria for that Sponsorship Application.

  • CLG Sponsorship Applicant Information (if applicable) Only complete this section if the CLG is applying on behalf of a non-profit (e.g., historical society) or another public entity (e.g., land bank) within its jurisdiction.

  • A Sponsorship Applicant must pay to the Authority a non-refundable Sponsorship Application fee of US$15,000 upon the submission of a Sponsorship Application.

  • Where a decision is taken under section24(1) of this Act to deny the Sponsorship Certificate, the Authority will provide the Sponsorship Applicant with a written statement of reasons for the decision, and present the Sponsorship Applicant with a reasonable opportunity to re-submit an amended version of that Sponsorship Application, without requiring another Application fee.

  • Autologous islet transplant recipients will be followed up life-long in our center.

  • Evidence18.(1) In making a recommendation under section 21 of this Decree, the FISSA may take into account any or all of the information submitted by the Sponsorship Applicant, and any relevant information in the public domain, received from the Official Working Group or other consultation, or otherwise held in the Government of Fiji’s records.

  • The FISSA must make a recommendation to the Cabinet whether to issue the Sponsorship Applicant with a Sponsorship Certificate or deny the Sponsorship Applicant a Sponsorship Certificate.

Related to Sponsorship Applicant

  • Sponsorship means the sponsorship element of the Package as set out in the Application Form; and

  • Job applicant means a person, independent contractor, or person working for an independent contractor who applies to become an employee of the school district in a position that does not require a commercial driver’s license, and includes a person who has received a job offer made contingent on the person’s passing drug or alcohol testing. Job applicants for positions requiring a commercial driver’s license are governed by the provisions of the school district’s drug and alcohol testing policy relating to school bus drivers (Section III.).

  • Hispanic American means a person having origins in any of the Spanish-speaking peoples of Mexico, South or Central America, or the Caribbean Islands or other Spanish or Portuguese cultures and who is regarded as such by the community of which this person claims to be a part.

  • School-sponsored media means all student media that are:

  • Asset Management Plan means a plan created by the department and approved by the state transportation commission or a plan created by a local road agency and approved by the local road agency's governing body that includes provisions for asset inventory, performance goals, risk of failure analysis, anticipated revenues and expenses, performance outcomes, and coordination with other infrastructure owners.

  • Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Stormwater management plan means the set of drawings and other documents that comprise all the information and specifications for the programs, drainage systems, structures, BMPs, concepts and techniques intended to maintain or restore quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.

  • National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:

The MECAB document, published by ATIS (0401004-00XX), contains the recommended guidelines for the Billing of an access service provided by two (2) or more LECs (including a LEC and a CLEC), or by one (1) LEC in two (2) or more states within a single LATA. "Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design" or "MECOD" Guidelines for Access Services - Industry Support Interface, refers to the document developed by the Ordering/Provisioning Committee under the auspices of the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF), which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). The MECOD document, published by ATIS (0404120-00X), contains recommended guidelines for processing orders for access service which is to be provided by two (2) or more LECs (including a LEC and a CLEC). "N-1 Carrier" means the Carrier in the call routing process immediately preceding the terminating Carrier. The N-1 Carrier is responsible for performing the database queries (under the FCC's rules) to determine the LRN value for correctly routing a call to a ported number. "National Emergency Number Association" or "NENA" is an association which fosters the technological advancement, availability and implementation of 911 Service nationwide through research, planning, training, certification, technical assistance and legislative representation.

  • Contractor Selection of Leave Trees means crop and leave trees are unmarked and will be selected by the Contractor.
