Sponsored Fund definition

Sponsored Fund means an investment fund sponsored, managed or advised by the Investment Firm.

Sponsored Fund means, with respect to each Underlying Manager, each investment fund, investment vehicle, separately managed account or similar arrangement sponsored by the Underlying Manager in respect of which the Company is, directly or indirectly, entitled to Returned Capital and/or Revenue Share Proceeds.

Sponsored Fund means any Registered Fund, BDC or Unregulated Fund for which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries acts as sponsor or any wholly owned Subsidiaries thereof.

Examples of Sponsored Fund in a sentence

• The Company enters into loan participation agreements pursuant to which it shares the rights, obligations and benefits of the Participation Loan with the Sponsored Fund which retains the majority of the participation interest in the Participation Loan.

• The Compliance Officer must also review the form of Advisory Contract (if any) entered into with a Sponsored Fund or its affiliates.

• Returned Capital attributable to any Sponsored Fund shall be distributed to the Members in proportion to their respective SF Seed Capital Contributions with respect to such Sponsored Fund.

More Definitions of Sponsored Fund

Sponsored Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(f).

(and the other holding companies and parallel vehicles constituting the fund complexes for Xxxxxxx Parallel Energy L.P. and Xxxxxxx Private Equity II L.P.).
