Sponsor Stockholders definition

Sponsor Stockholders has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Preamble.

Sponsor Stockholders means, collectively, the MD Stockholders, the MSD Partners Stockholders and the SLP Stockholders.

Sponsor Stockholders means each stockholder of the Corporation who is a member of any Investor Group.

Sponsor Stockholders shall have the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
