Sponsor Stock definition

Sponsor Stock means the Common Stock of the Sponsor, or such other publicly-traded stock of the Sponsor, or such other publicly-traded stock of the Sponsor's affiliates as meets the requirements of section 407(d)(5) of ERISA with respect to the Plan.
