Sponsor Marks means any intellectual property used by You in the promotion of an event
Sponsor Marks means individually or collectively the name and logo of any Sponsor(s) (including the Title Sponsor) together with all trademarks, service marks, copyrights, logos, taglines, slogans, graphics, designs, color schemes, trade dress, trade name and other marks associated with such Sponsor(s).
Sponsor Marks means the Sponsor’s marks set out in Part 4 of schedule 2;

Examples of Sponsor Marks in a sentence

  • The Team Companies shall submit to Sponsor all materials related to this Agreement and involving Sponsor Marks a minimum of ten (10) days prior to the production of such materials.

  • The Team Companies agree to use the Sponsor Marks only in accordance with Sponsor’s specifications and guidelines as may be provided from time to time.

  • Likewise, nothing herein shall be construed as an assignment or grant to Forty Niners SC of any right, title or interest in or to the Sponsor Marks, or in or to any copyright, design patent or trademark thereto, beyond the grant of the licensing rights on the terms herein specified.

  • Term to use, reproduce and display the Sponsor Marks in connection with advertising and promotion of Sponsor and its sponsorship.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Licensed Products” shall mean goods, services and other products (e.g., souvenir and novelty items, apparel, toys and replica die-casts) displaying Sponsor Marks with Team Marks.


More Definitions of Sponsor Marks

Sponsor Marks means those trademarks and services marks set forth in Schedule 3, as may be updated by Sponsor from time to time, provided that in the event that Sponsor changes its name, the cost of effectuating the change of such Sponsor Marks shall be borne by Sponsor.
