Sponsor Fee definition

Sponsor Fee means the fee referred to in Section 3.8.

Sponsor Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a)(i).

Sponsor Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.04 herein.

Examples of Sponsor Fee in a sentence

• Sponsor Fee Our Sponsor shall be entitled to charge a monthly per subscriber account fee of $1 per subscriber account in respect of its license of the HappyNest name and the HappyNest Platform to us.

• Class C Units pay MLAI a monthly Sponsor Fee of 1/12 of 2.5% of their month-end net asset value.

• The Fund’s Class A Units and Class I Units pay MLAI a Sponsor Fee of 1/12 of 1.5% and 1/12 of 1.1%, respectively, of their month-end net asset value.

More Definitions of Sponsor Fee

Sponsor Fee means $26,410,000.
