Spill report definition

Spill report means an oral report that includes the following information about a spill, to the extent that the information is known at the time of the report:
Spill report means an oral report that includes .... the location and time of the spill; the identification of the substance spilled, the quantity of substance that has been or may further be spilled, the identification of the person making the spill report, and what measures have been or will be undertaken to perform a spill response and any other information that may be significant to the response action.

  • Technical Report means a report prepared and filed in accordance with this Instrument and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report that includes, in summary form, all material scientific and technical information in respect of the subject property as of the effective date of the technical report; and
