Spend Limit definition

Spend Limit means a spend limit applicable to a supply under our Agreement in accordance with clause 9.
Spend Limit means the maximum aggregate value of transactions since the previous statement, which a client may effect per card, determined by the account holder and notified to Investec from time to time in writing;
Spend Limit means the approximate monthly dollar limitation set a Service or Package. Standard Customer Agreement, Standard Form of Agreement, SFOA means each of the contracts described in Clause 1 of these General Terms.

More Definitions of Spend Limit

Spend Limit means the limit selected by you and loaded against a Card where the Cardholder is not a Principal. The spend limit determines the total amount, as a dollar value of Purchases, that a Cardholder may spend using their Card during the monthly statement cycle period (excluding Cash Advances).

  • Lead Limits means the maximum concentrations of lead and lead compounds (“Lead”) by weight specified in Section 3.2.

  • Upper Limit means a specified maximum amount of costs which may be claimed under a Unit of Work, but which may be extended on application. An Upper Limit operates in the same way as a Costs Limitation;

  • Demand Bid Limit means the largest MW volume of Demand Bids that may be submitted by a Load Serving Entity for any hour of an Operating Day, as determined pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10.1B, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix. Demand Bid Screening:

  • Maximum Contribution Amount shall equal the excess of (i) the aggregate proceeds received by such Holder pursuant to the sale of such Registrable Notes or Exchange Notes over (ii) the aggregate amount of damages that such Holder has otherwise been required to pay by reason of such untrue or alleged untrue statement or omission or alleged omission. No person guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation (within the meaning of Section 11(f) of the Securities Act) shall be entitled to contribution from any Person who was not guilty of such fraudulent misrepresentation. The Holders’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are several in proportion to the respective principal amount of the Registrable Securities held by each Holder hereunder and not joint. The Company’s and Subsidiary Guarantors’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are joint and several. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.

  • Plantwide applicability limitation (PAL means an emission limitation expressed in tons per year, for a pollutant at a major stationary source, that is enforceable as a practical matter and established source-wide in accordance with Chapter 19, section 011.

  • Positive beam limitation means the automatic or semi-automatic adjustment of an x-ray beam to the size of the selected image receptor, whereby exposures cannot be made without such adjustment.

ALI values for intake by ingestion and by inhalation of selected radionuclides are given in appendix C to rule 3701:1-38-12 of the Administrative Code.

  • Capitalization Reimbursement Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount of Advances or Servicing Advances that were added to the Stated Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loans during the prior calendar month and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.10(a)(vii), plus the Capitalization Reimbursement Shortfall Amount remaining unreimbursed from any prior Distribution Date and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date.
