Spectrum License definition

Spectrum License means a spectrum license conferring on the licensee the right to use any radio frequency or group of radio frequencies or radio receiver under the Frequency Band Plan.
Spectrum License means a permit granted to Licensee or a Sublicensee by the proper governmental authorities to use a radio spectrum of four (4) MHz in the Territory.
