Specified Service definition

Specified Service means online advertisement, any provision for digital advertising space or any other facility or service for the purpose of online advertisement and includes any other service as may be notified by the Central Government in this behalf;

Specified Service means FT Service or IT Service (as the case may be);

Specified Service means a telecommunications service or such other service as may be prescribed;

Examples of Specified Service in a sentence

• The contract covers an array of activities needed to achieve and maintain a Specified Service Level for road users, including many activities related to the Management and Maintenance (including Routine maintenance, spot improvement, emergency works and Periodic Maintenance) of the road network under contract.

• If the Customer does not wish to purchase the Top Up, local data service under the Specified Service Plan will be automatically suspended when the data usage has reached the Specified Data Usage.

• Whenever the local data usage of the Customer under the Specified Service Plan nearly reaches the specified local data usage (“Specified Data Usage”), the Company will notify the Customer by SMS.

More Definitions of Specified Service

Specified Service means the service to be provided by the Supplier for the Client and referred to in the Service Order;

Specified Service means the sole and exclusive supply of waste management, recycling and environmental services to the Client and which may be varied from time to time by the Sales Order Confirmation

Specified Service means the service provided by Online CE Credits/MWPE and set out in the literature provided with these terms.

Specified Service means the Prop Load Monitoring and other similar services to be provided by the Supplier for the Client and referred to in the Quotation, which may include, but is not limited to, access to and production of Results Reports, Portals and Presentations.
