Specified Recipient definition

Specified Recipient is defined in Section 13.6(b).
Specified Recipient is defined in Section 2.03(g)(ii).
Specified Recipient means any person that provides a prescribed healthcare service to an affected person.

  • Prior to the commencement of the project, Specified Recipient Organisation may, with prior written notice to the Secretariat of MEEF, adopt the following alternative financial reporting requirements instead of complying with the financial reporting requirements set out in Sections 5.9.3.1 and 5.9.4.2: 5.9.5.1.1. Enclose, in the progress report, a financial statement summarising the interim project financial position.

  • For the purpose of granting funding support, Recipient Organisations are divided into 2 categories, Specified Recipient Organisations and Non-Specified Recipient Organisations.

  • Qualified recipient means a person certified by a qualified organization as meeting all of the following qualifications:

  • Designated recipient means a person chosen by a user using an online tool to administer digital assets of the user.

  • Sub-Recipient means a partner, joint venturer, director, employee, agent and subcontractors of a Recipient to whom a Recipient must disclose Confidential Information.

  • Qualified service provider means a Person with specific educational training or at least two years of experience in delivering the Supportive Service(s).

  • Grant Recipient means a nonprofit or governmental organization that receives funds to operate a center pursuant to this act.

  • Service Provider means an Employee, Director or Consultant.

  • Non-Participating Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist means a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Non-Key Employee means any Employee who is not a Key Employee.

  • Sub-Service Provider means any person / firm / Organization / company /entity (other than the Service Provider) and it’s legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns named in the Contract as a Sub-Service Provider for a part of the Services or to whom a part of the Services has been sub-Contracted with the written prior consent of the Employer.

  • non-business day means Saturday, Sunday and any other day that is a holiday as defined in the Interpretation Act (Canada);
