Specified Products means securities, specified securities-based derivatives contracts or units in a collective investment scheme;

Specified Products has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b)(i).

Specified Products means the Administrative Borrower and its Subsidiaries’ products commonly known as Soliris, Strensiq and Kanuma.

Specified Products means Wakix and any other Product that is material to the business of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, it being understood that any Product as to which the Borrower and its Subsidiaries have invested $20 million or more in the acquisition or development of such Product or which represents not less than 10% or $25 million, in each case, of the Consolidated revenues of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall be deemed to be material.

Specified Products means the “Glatfelter Offset”, “Glatfelter End-Leaf”, “Glatfelter Eggshell” and “Glatfelter Carbonizing Bond” products as they are manufactured and sold by the Seller with respect to the Business using the “Glatfelter” name as of the date hereof.

Specified Products has the meaning ascribed to it in the SFA and as the Bank may from time to time in its absolute discretion determine to accept as “Specified Products” including without limitation any Securities, Specified Securities- Based Derivatives Contracts or units in a Collective Investment Scheme.
