Specified Period definition

Specified Period means the period beginning on the commencement date and terminating in accordance with section 72(6) of the Act;
Specified Period means the period beginning at the Effective Time and ending on the thirty-six (36) month anniversary of the Effective Time.
Specified Period has the meaning given to that term in clause 5.4(a)(ii); Standard Conditions means a temperature of 15°C and an absolute pressure of 101.325 kPa;

More Definitions of Specified Period

Specified Period has the meaning given to it in the applicable Final Terms;
