Specified Overcollateralization Amount definition

Specified Overcollateralization Amount means for any Distribution Date, the greater of:
Specified Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Specified Credit Enhancement Amount over (b) the Specified Reserve Balance, each with respect to such Distribution Date.
Specified Overcollateralization Amount. As defined in the Insurance Agreement.

More Definitions of Specified Overcollateralization Amount

Specified Overcollateralization Amount means, as of any Distribution Date, 2.0% of the initial Asset Balance.
Specified Overcollateralization Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, (i) prior to the Stepdown Date 3.50% of the Aggregate Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-Off Date or (ii) on or after the Stepdown Date 7.00% of the Aggregate Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the end of the related Due Period; provided, that the Specified Overcollateralization Amount shall never be less than the OC Floor.
