Specified Obligations definition

Specified Obligations means Obligations consisting of the principal of and interest on Loans, reimbursement obligations in respect of Swing Line Loans and L/C Obligations (including interest accrued thereon), and fees.

More Definitions of Specified Obligations

Specified Obligations means Obligations consisting of (a) the principal and interest on Loans and (b) reimbursement obligations in respect of Letters of Credit.
