Specified Mortgage Loans. The Mortgage Loans identified on Exhibit GG to this Agreement.
Specified Mortgage Loans means those certain Mortgage Loans owned by a Borrower and identified on a Mortgage Schedule, as delivered from time to time pursuant to this Agreement, by a listing of a servicer other than "GMACM(MortgageServ)" under the column titled "SERVICER NAME."
Specified Mortgage Loans means the Mortgage Loans listed on Schedule 1.01 (J) to the Agreement which are allocable to the Novated Contracts, all mortgage loan Substitute Investment Assets (if any) substituted for any such Mortgage Loans, and all investments of income and proceeds realized in respect of the Investment Assets allocable to the Novated Contracts in mortgage loans made in accordance with the Investment Management Agreement;

Specified Mortgage Loans. Any Mortgage Loan in Group II and Group III. Specified Strike Rate: With respect to any Distribution Date, the rate specified in the Cap Agreement for such date at which payments due under such agreement are calculated. Specified Target Percentage: With respect to the first Distribution Date, 0.59%, increasing by 0.14% on each Distribution Date thereafter up to 2.55% on the fifteenth Distribution Date.
Specified Mortgage Loans. Any Mortgage Loan in Group II and Group III that bears interest at a fixed rate for the first twenty-four or thirty-six months following origination and thereafter at a rate that adjusts semiannually based on LIBOR.
