Specified Functionality means the functionality of the Software described in the Licensed Material
Specified Functionality means the functions of the Software described in: in the case of Software, the Software Documentation; In the case of Customizations or Enhancements, any functional specification document; The Project Plan; Or in such other document, as applicable, including Legal Interact proposal/quotation and any applicable design documentation.   • After finishing the Alpha Test, GVI may, at its option and upon notice to Omeon, conduct additional tests (the “Beta Test”), for purposes of determining whether the Development conforms to the Specified Functionality Requirements (collectively, the Alpha Test and Beta Test to be referred as the “Acceptance Tests”).

An Entrance Facility may not extend beyond the area served by the CenturyLink Serving Wire Center. "Local Interconnection Service (LIS)" is the CenturyLink product name for its provision of Interconnection as described in Section 7 of this Agreement.

  • Certified Remanufacture System or Verified Engine Upgrade means engine upgrades certified or verified by EPA or CARB to achieve a reduction in emissions.
