Specified Fees definition

Specified Fees means, collectively, the Third Amendment Fee, the Waiver Fee, the Administration Fee, the Backstop Fee and any Make-Whole Amounts.
Specified Fees means, collectively, the End of Term Fee, the Third Amendment Fee, the Waiver Fee, the Second Restatement Fee, the Third Restatement Fee, the Fourth Restatement Fee, the Fifth Restatement Fee, the Administration Fee and the Origination Fees.
Specified Fees means the Commitment Fee, the Second Commitment Fee, the Third Commitment Fee, the Fourth Commitment Fee, the Fifth Commitment Fee, the Sixth Commitment Fee, the Seventh Commitment Fee, the Facility Fee, and the Specified Interest.

Examples of Specified Fees in a sentence

  • Upon a declaration of acceleration, the principal, interest, fees and other amounts and premiums in respect of the Convertible Notes and other Obligations (including, without limitation the Make-Whole Amounts (if any) and the Specified Fees (in the case of any Administration Fees, to the extent then-earned)) will become immediately due and payable.

  • The Specified Fees shall also be payable in the event the Obligations (and/or this Agreement) are satisfied or released by foreclosure (whether by power of judicial proceeding or otherwise), deed in lieu of foreclosure or by any other similar means, or reinstated pursuant to section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.1(h) or Section 6.1(i) hereof occurs, the principal, interest, fees and other amounts and premiums in respect of the Convertible Notes and other Obligations (including, without limitation the Make-Whole Amounts (if any) and the Specified Fees (in the case of any Administration Fees, to the extent then-earned)) will become immediately due and payable without any declaration or other act on the part of the Collateral Agent or any Holder.
