Specified Event of Default definition

Specified Event of Default means an Event of Default under Section 7.01(a), (f) or (g).
Specified Event of Default means an Event of Default pursuant to Sections 8.1(a), 8.1(b) (with respect to Section 7.1 only) or 8.1(c).
Specified Event of Default means an Event of Default under Section 7.01(a), (b), (h) or (i).

Specified Event of Default means any Event of Default under Section 8.01(a), Section 8.01(f) or Section 8.01(g).
