Specified Currency definition

Specified Currency means the currency specified as such hereon or, if none is specified, the currency in which the Notes are denominated.
Specified Currency means the currency specified as such in the relevant Final Terms or, if none is specified, the currency in which the Notes are denominated.
Specified Currency means the Specified Currency as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

Examples of Specified Currency in a sentence

  • Unless previously redeemed, or purchased and cancelled as specified below, each Note will be redeemed by the Issuer at its Final Redemption Amount specified in the applicable Final Terms in the relevant Specified Currency on the Maturity Date specified in the applicable Final Terms, subject as provided in Condition 7 (Payments).

  • The Notes are in bearer form ("Bearer Notes"), registered form ("Registered Notes") or, in the case of VPS Notes, uncertificated book-entry form, as specified in the applicable Final Terms and, in the case of definitive Notes, serially numbered, in the Specified Currency and the Specified Denomination(s).


More Definitions of Specified Currency

Specified Currency means the currency specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement or, if none is specified, the currency in which the Notes are denominated.
Specified Currency means the Specified Currency as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. "Strike" means Strike Level x R (initial).
