Specified Account definition

Specified Account means an account maintained in a notified country by the specified person in respect of his retirement benefits and the income from such account is not taxable on accrual basis but is taxed by such country at the time of withdrawal or redemption;

Specified Account means the “Specified Account” set forth on Schedule 4.1(s) to the Disclosure Letter.

Specified Account means the account held in your name from which we deduct all of your Payment Amounts and other Amounts Owing, as specified as such in your Loan Agreement.

• If the Specified Account Party fails to make such payment when due, the Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender of the applicable LC Disbursement, the payment then due from the Specified Account Party in respect thereof and such Lender’s Applicable Percentage thereof.

• Deposits into any Specified Account by the Bank in accordance with this Agreement shall be made in immediately available funds to such Specified Account under advice to the Indenture Trustee at its address set forth in Section 8.

• The payment obligation of a Specified Account Party to another Account Party under this paragraph (e) shall be subordinate and subject in right of payment to the prior payment in full of the obligations of the Specified Account Party under this Agreement and each other Credit Document, and such other Account Party shall not exercise any right or remedy with respect to such reimbursement until payment and satisfaction in full of all of such obligations of the Specified Account Party.

Specified Account means the segregated account of Company maintained with The Northern Trust Company, with the last four digits of such account number being 3138, established to receive payments of dividends and distributions on Equity Interests owned by Company or any Subsidiary Guarantor, and all replacements or substitutions for such account established by the Company or any Subsidiary Guarantor, whether in the form of a deposit account or securities account. For the avoidance of doubt, a “Specified Account” shall not include any “collection account,” deposit account, securities account or other account in which the revenues of Utility Subsidiaries are remitted or consolidated.

Specified Account means the segregated account of the Pledgor, maintained with The Northern Trust Company, with the last four digits of such account number being 2231, established to receive payments of dividends and distributions on Equity Interests owned by the Company or any Pledgor, and any and all replacements or substitutions for such account established by the Company or any Pledgor, whether in the form of a deposit account or securities account. For the avoidance of doubt, a “Specified Account” shall not include any “collection account”, deposit account, securities account or any other account in which the revenues of the regulated utilities are remitted or consolidated.

Specified Account means a cash account with the Agent in the name of the Agent.
