Specification Change definition

Specification Change means any change to the Specification, the Packaging and Labelling Specification or Manufacturing Services, including, but not limited to, any different or additional requirements arising out of a launch of the Product in any country in the Territory, in each case made in accordance with Section 2.4 below;
Specification Change means an amendment to the Specification agreed to between the parties in writing pursuant to paragraph 8.3;
Specification Change has the meaning provided in Section 7.5(b)(i).

More Definitions of Specification Change

Specification Change means an agreement in writing NOTICE OR SCN between the parties to amend the Specification pursuant to Clause 2. SPECIFICATION means either (a) the Standard Specification if no SCNs are applicable or (b) if SCNs are issued, the Standard Specification as amended by all applicable SCNs. STANDARD SPECIFICATION means the A330-200 standard specification document number G.000.02000, Issue 4, dated 18th May 2001, a copy of which has been annexed hereto as Exhibit A.
Specification Change means any change to the Specification(s) for any of the items required by the Development Plan to be developed by either Party and agreed by the Parties pursuant to Section 2.7.
Specification Change means any change to the Specifications in the normal course for any Container then listed on Exhibit A which can be implemented by Silgan and Del Monte without significant operational cost increases and without significant capital investments. Examples of Specification Changes include, without limitation, (a) new coatings or laminates which are commercially available and do not require a material change in the process of applying such coatings or using such laminates (e.g., the use of a different chemical composition which exists as of the Effective Date), (b) changes to the metal composition (e.g.: temper, gauge, thickness, coating) or substrate (e.g.: tab stock) which can be implemented without significant operational cost increases, and (c) a change in the size of a Container which is, at the time of the request for the change, within the capabilities of Silgan at the facility supplying the Container with minimal re-tooling costs, and is to a size not covered by this Agreement.

Related to Specification Change

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Specification means the Specification of the Works included in the Contract.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.

  • District Specifications means the specifications followed by the State Government in the area where the work is to be executed.
