Specific Terms of Service definition

Specific Terms of Service means a document describing one or more Services provided by OVHcloud, setting out the terms and conditions of performance and use specific to such Service(s), and published on the OVHcloud Website or available to the Client upon request addressed to OVHcloud Support.
Specific Terms of Service means this document, including Annexes (if any) and any other document which is incorporated herein by reference (by URL or any other means).

Examples of Specific Terms of Service in a sentence

  • The terms of invoicing of the prices of the Services are defined on the OVHcloud Website and in the applicable Specific Terms of Service.

  • The methods for calculating the price of the Services, as well as the billing units, are defined on the OVHcloud Website and in the applicable Specific Terms of Service.

  • In the event of contradiction, the Specific Terms of Service, as well as the General Terms of Service, shall prevail over the Third Party Product Terms of Use.

  • In cases where the applicable Specific Terms of Service include commitments from OVHcloud to particular levels of service, the corresponding payments or credits which may be due by OVHcloud to the Client shall constitute the Client's sole and exclusive remedy for OVHcloud’s failure to comply with the level of service committed to in the relevant Specific Terms of Service and OVHcloud's entire liability for failing to meet the relevant level of service.

  • The Specific Terms of Service, and the Third Party Product Terms of Use supplement these General Terms of Service.

  • The terms and conditions for these Support levels are described in Specific Terms of Service and corresponding documentations available on the OVHcloud Website or upon request to OVHcloud Support.

  • Before ordering and using the Services, the Client shall familiarize itself with all of the applicable Terms of Services (in particular, the Specific Terms of Service and the Third Party Product Terms of Use), and study all of the documentation, configuration, options and ranges of services available, in order to select Services and characteristics suited to the Client's needs and those of the third parties for whom or on whose behalf the Services will be used.

  • Subject to any applicable Specific Terms of Service and other levels of Support referred to in article 4.4 below, OVHcloud does not provide any warranty as to the duration of repairs or time frames for the resolution of Incidents within the scope of the OVHcloud Support.

  • In particular, the Client undertakes to comply with these General Terms of Service, the Specific Terms of Service and the applicable Third Party Product Terms of Use, as well as any information communicated to the Client at the time of the Order.

  • With the exception of any data which OVHcloud must preserve in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the data referred to in article “OVHcloud processes” below, and any data necessary for the defence of its rights, OVHcloud undertakes not to keep a copy of the Client's data following the termination of Services, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties or provided otherwise in the applicable Specific Terms of Service.

  • Terms of Service means those Support Services and Professional Services terms posted at xxxx://xxx.XXXXXXX.xxx/terms-of-service/, which are incorporated herein. Client acknowledges and agrees it has read, understands and agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Terms-of-service agreement means an agreement that controls the relationship between a user and a custodian.

  • Specific Terms in relation to a Loan means the specific terms applicable to that Loan as set out in the document entitled ‘Specific Terms’ related to that Loan;

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).

  • Service Terms means the rights and restrictions for particular Services located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/serviceterms (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as may be updated by us from time to time.

  • Standard Terms of Supply means the standard terms and conditions for Call-off Contracts set out in Schedule 5.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Service Type means the customer class, partial customer class and/or group of customer classes, as set forth in a Transaction Confirmation.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).

  • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;

  • Out-of-service order means a temporary prohibition against driving a commercial motor vehicle.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • NEW SERVICE means a service, treatment, procedure, facility, equipment, drug, device, or supply we previously have not reviewed to determine if the service is eligible for coverage under this plan. NON-NETWORK PHARMACY is any pharmacy that has not entered into a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan.

  • Conditions of Service means the document developed by a distributor in accordance with subsection 2.4 of the Code that describes the operating practices and connection rules for the distributor; (DSC)

  • Termination for Convenience means the termination of the Trade Contract Agreement or the Trade Contractor Work by the Authority without cause and for the convenience of the Authority as decided in its sole discretion.
