Specific Specialized Dental Care definition

Specific Specialized Dental Care means the Covered Services diagnosed and administered to a particular Member by a Specialist, which a Member receives as a result of a referral to the Specialist or other Participating Provider.
Specific Specialized Dental Care means a treatment plan (dental care) diagnosed and administered to a particular patient, which a patient receives as a result of the referral to a specialist by the professional provider affiliated with the Company.
Specific Specialized Dental Care means a treatment plan (dental care) diagnosed and administered to a particular patient, which a patient receives as a result of the referral to a Specialist of Western Dental and/or Professional Provider affiliated with Western Dental.
