Specific Laws definition

Specific Laws means all applicable Laws relating to the operation of private label and other drug distributions, and the possession, control, warehousing, marketing, sale and distribution of pharmaceuticals, including, without limitation, all federal and state laws governing the sale and distribution of drugs, biologicals and supplements, including the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. §§ 801 et seq.), the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of 1938 (21 U.S.S. §§ 801 et seq.), the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (P.L. 103-417 (1994) and the Omnibus Budget and Reconciliation Act of 1990 (P. L. 101-508 (1990)), and also the Generic Drug Enforcement Act of 1992.

L. 101-508 (1990)), and also the Generic Drug Enforcement Act of 1992.
Specific Laws means the Environment Protection Act 2017 (Vic).

  • Bye-laws means the bye-laws of the Company, as amended from time to time.

  • Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.

  • Requirements of Laws means any foreign, federal, state and local laws, statutes, regulations, rules, codes or ordinances enacted, adopted, issued or promulgated by any Governmental Body (including, without limitation, those pertaining to electrical, building, zoning, environmental and occupational safety and health requirements) or common law.

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.
