Specific Assessments definition

Specific Assessments means assessments levied against a particular Lot by the Association in order to reimburse the Association for costs incurred by the Association to bring such Lot into compliance with the terms of this Declaration.‌‌
Specific Assessments means assessments which the Association may levy from time to time against an Owner or Owner’s Lot, in addition to Regular Common Assessments and Special Common Assessments, for the purposes provided herein.

Related to Specific Assessments

  • conformity assessment means the process demonstrating whether the requirements of this Regulation relating to a device have been fulfilled;

If the patient’s medical facility of choice is unable to provide the high level of medical care required by the patient, arrangements will be made to transport the patient to the appropriate medical facility closest to their home, or closest to patient's preferred medical facility in the US when possible.
