Nothing herein shall be deemed to restrict or limit in any manner WellPoint’s or the Plans’ ability to contract directly with Specialty Pharmacies (or specialty pharmacies) to provide specialty pharmacy services which are covered under the Plan’s medical benefit, rather than the pharmacy benefit.
