Special use areas definition

Special use areas means areas of the home that may not be included in the measurements of the area used for child care. Special use areas include, but are not limited to, laundry rooms, furnace rooms, bathrooms, hazardous areas, and areas off-limits to children.

Special use areas means an area at or within a Reclamation Project facility or an area of Reclamation lands or waterbodies, in which special rules for public conduct apply that differ from those established in Subpart C of 43 CFR 423. A Special Use Area must be established by an authorized official as provided in Subpart E of 43 CFR 423.

Examples of Special use areas in a sentence

  • Landlord agrees that the Rules and Regulations shall not be unreasonably modified or enforced in a manner which will materially interfere with the conduct of Tenant’s Permitted Use from the Premises or Tenant’s use of the Project parking facility, Field and/or Special Use Areas.

  • Tenant’s improvements to the Special Use Areas (“Common Use Area Improvements”) shall be subject to the Tenant Work Letter or Article 8 of this Lease, as the case may be.

  • Except in the event of an emergency, if any portion of the work will materially, adversely interfere with Tenant’s use of and access to the Premises, Buildings, Special Use Areas, Field or Project parking facilities, then, except in connection with the construction of Building 3, which shall be governed by the terms of Article 21 of this Lease, Landlord shall perform such portion of the work during non-Business Hours.

  • Landlord agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to not materially interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use (including Tenant’s use of the Project parking facilities, the Field, the Common Areas and Tenant’s Special Use Areas) in connection with any such construction (including, but not limited to, Landlord’s construction of the Building 3, subject to the terms of Article 21 of this Lease).

  • Except when and where Tenant’s right of access is specifically excluded as the result of (i) an emergency, (ii) a requirement by Applicable Laws, or (iii) a specific provision set forth in this Lease, Tenant shall have the right of access to the Premises, the Common Areas, Special Use Areas, each Building, and the Project parking facility twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week during the “Lease Term,” as that term is defined in Section 2.1.1 of this Lease.

Special use areas means laboratories, cafeterias, data center areas, areas with raised flooring, auditoriums (not including large conference facilities), training centers and other improvements of a type that are not customarily constructed for general office use. “SCIF improvements” are specifically not included in this Special Use Area definition. In addition, change orders requested by Tenant after Xxxxxx’x approval of the Space Plans and Design Drawings that materially and substantially change the previously approved plans shall be submitted to Xxxxxx for its approval in accordance with the foregoing standard.

Related to Special use areas

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Residential Uses means lands, Buildings or structures or portions thereof used, or designed or intended for use as a home or residence of one or more individuals, and shall include Single Detached Dwelling, Semi-Detached Dwelling, Multiple Dwelling, Apartment Dwelling, and the residential portion of a mixed-use Building or structure;

  • Exclusive Use Area means a part or parts of the common property for the exclusive use by the owner or owners of one or more sections;

  • Underground area means an underground room, such as a basement, cellar, shaft or vault, providing enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Residential use means the use in or around a home, apartment building, sleeping quarters, and similar facilities or accommodations.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Mixed-use project means a project comprising both a qualified

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Parking space leasing data means the following government data on an application for, or lease of, a parking space: residence address, home telephone number, beginning and ending work hours, place of employment, location of parking space, and work telephone number.
