Special Termination definition

Special Termination means a termination by reason of the Participant’s death or Disability.

Special Termination means a termination of the Employee’s employment as a result of his or her death or Disability.

Special Termination has the meaning given in Section 2(a).

• However, any Subscribing Reinsurer that has its share terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Special Termination Article shall not be allowed to implement the provisions of this Article against the Company or, in the event the Assumption of Liability Endorsement is triggered, the Insured.

Special Termination means a termination of the Participant’s Service due to death or Disability.
