Special Service definition

Special Service means service for an employer while employed in a protection occupation as provided in section 97B.49B, and as a county sheriff or deputy sheriff as provided in section 97B.49C.22A. “Supplemental account for active members” or “supplemental account” means the account established for each active member under section 97B.49H.
