Special rate area definition

Special rate area means an area within an exchange where service generally is furnished at uniform rates. Usually this comprises a developed area outside of the base rate area which is also known as a “locality rate area” and separated by some distance from the base rate area.

  • Initial Rate Period means, with respect to the VMTP Shares of any Series, the period commencing on and including the Date of Original Issue thereof and ending on, and including, the next succeeding calendar day that is a Wednesday (or if such Wednesday is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).

  • Initial Rate of Interest means the initial rate of interest per annum specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Interest Rate Option means any LIBOR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Market Rate Unit means a Residential Unit that is not an Affordable Unit.

  • Market-rate units means housing not restricted to low- and moderate-income households that may sell or rent at any price.

  • Rate Floor The minimum per annum Mortgage Interest Rate permitted under the related Mortgage Note. Rating Agency: Initially, each of S&P and Xxxxx’x and thereafter, each nationally recognized statistical rating organization that has rated the Certificates at the request of the Company, or their respective successors in interest. Ratings: As of any date of determination, the ratings, if any, of the Certificates as assigned by the applicable Rating Agencies.

  • Initial Rate Cap With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan and the initial Adjustment Date therefor, a number of percentage points per annum that is set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule and in the related Mortgage Note, which is the maximum amount by which the Mortgage Interest Rate for such Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan may increase or decrease from the Mortgage Interest Rate in effect immediately prior to such Adjustment Date.

  • Term Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2021 Series J Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Term Rate.

  • Rental Rate means the average annualized composite rate for United States treasury bonds issued for periods of ten years and longer plus two percent. The rental rate shall not exceed ten and three-quarters percent nor fall below eight and one-quarter percent.

  • Fixed Rate Term means a period commencing on a Business Day and continuing for 1, 2 or 3 months, as designated by Borrower, during which all or a portion of the outstanding principal balance of this Note bears interest determined in relation to LIBOR; provided however, that no Fixed Rate Term may be selected for a principal amount less than $100,000.00; and provided further, that no Fixed Rate Term shall extend beyond the scheduled maturity date hereof. If any Fixed Rate Term would end on a day which is not a Business Day, then such Fixed Rate Term shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Rate Option means the Eurodollar Rate or the Floating Rate.

  • Initial Rate means each rate of interest to be paid in an Initial Period as set forth in the Certificate.

  • Rate Year means July 1st of a given Calendar Year through June 30th of the succeeding Calendar Year.

  • Reference Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.09(a).

  • LIBOR Rate Option means the option of the Borrower to have Loans bear interest at the rate and under the terms set forth in Section 4.1.1(a)(ii) [Revolving Credit LIBOR Rate Option].

  • Pricing Rate Period means, with respect to any Transaction and any Remittance Date (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the immediately preceding Remittance Date and ending on and excluding such Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period for a Purchased Asset end subsequent to the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset.

  • Rate Ceiling The maximum per annum Mortgage Interest Rate permitted under the related Mortgage Note.

  • Reset Rate of Interest means, in relation to a Reset Interest Period, the 7-year Mid-Swap Rate determined for such Reset Interest Period by the Fiscal Agent in accordance with Condition 5 (Interest);

  • Fixed Rate of Interest means the rate of interest payable from time to time in respect of a Fixed Rate Tier 1 BCN or during the Fixed Interest Rate Period in respect of a Fixed/Floating Rate Tier 1 BCN and that is either specified in the relevant Pricing Schedule or calculated in accordance with the provisions in the relevant Pricing Schedule.

  • 5-year Mid-Swap Rate Quotations means the arithmetic mean of the bid and offered rates for the annual fixed leg (calculated on a 30/360 day count basis) of a fixed-for-floating euro interest rate swap transaction which:
