Special Project definition

Special Project means, to the extent permitted by law, any water or sewer system property, improvement or facility declared by the City not to be part of the System, for which the costs of acquisition, construction, and installation are paid from proceeds of a financing transaction other than the issuance of bonds payable from ad valorem taxes or revenues of the System and for which all maintenance and operation expenses are payable from sources other than ad valorem taxes or revenues of the System, but only to the extent that and for so long as all or any part of the revenues or proceeds of which are or will be pledged to secure the payment or repayment of such costs of acquisition, construction, and installation under such financing transaction.
Special Project means a project or job covered by the Special Projects Information Sheet forming part of this Appendix.
Special Project means any service that is outside the scope of the Services.

Examples of Special Project in a sentence

  • RECEIVING PARTY shall submit a written request to PROVIDING PARTY specifying the nature of the Special Project and requesting an estimate of the costs applicable for such Special Project and the expected time frame for completion.

  • PROVIDING PARTY shall respond promptly to such written request, but in no event later than twenty (20) days, with a written estimate of the cost of providing such Special Project and the expected time frame for completion (the “Cost Estimate”).

  • The license of Other Software will be agreed upon by the Parties pursuant to the Change Control Procedures, as a Special Project, or as part of the Annual Budget Process.

  • The costs and expenses for ordinary course system maintenance and development projects are subsumed in the Expense Allowance referenced in Section 1, above, and accordingly, the costs and expenses for such items are not chargeable to the Reinsurer as a Special Project.

More Definitions of Special Project

Special Project has the meaning set forth in the Company Leverage Policy.
Special Project is defined as an unexpected task of temporary duration. Assignment of special projects shall normally be unrelated to a member’s normal duties and outside of the member’s normal hours of work, but within the scope of bargaining unit work. Payment for such assignment shall be on an hourly basis at the member’s normal rate of pay and there shall be no earned time accrual or use, or any other benefit associated with special projects. When the President/Chancellor or his designee determines there is a need to assign a bargaining unit member to a special project and that compensatory time arrangements are not possible, the terms and conditions of such assignment shall be reduced to writing and approved by the University Chief Human Resources Officer and the Local SUOAF- AFSCME President or designee. Implementation of special project arrangements require the approval of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Human Resources and Labor Relations or designee.
Special Project means a project undertaken by some, but not all Members of the Agency, pursuant to Article 14 of this Agreement.
Special Project means an additional service provided by the Regional Library which does not form part of the Regional Library’s ordinary function of providing library services and which is identified as a “Special Project” in accordance with clause 9.7;
